Microcontrollers Lab

Students gain experience in both software and hardware over microcontroller and microprocessor systems in this lab. There are 22 design kits containing PIC 16F877 and Texas Instruments TI MSP430 sets, peripheral interfaces, personal computers, and measurement tools, which supplies hands-on experience over parallel I/O, analog digital converters (ADC), DC motor speed control, temperature measurement card, and step motor. Personal computers are equipped with compiler, simulator, and internet connection and each set has oscilloscope, logic analyser, signal generator, digital multimeter, power supply. Therefore, students have strong background on microprocessor systems at the end of the course.
